The following information is provided when using this service:

• Digital Official Document Consumer Contact Email Address
• Digital Official Document Consumer Contact Name
• Digital Official Document Consumer Contact Phone Number
• Digital Official Document Consumer Name
• Digital Official Document Consumer Status
• Document Type Preference
• Digital Official Document Consumer Is Deleted
• Official Document Link Email Address
• Official Document Link Email Frequency

The following rules are used to validate the information provided in the request:

• Rule 9023 - Empty Update
• Rule 11251 - Phone Numbers Starts with an Invalid Character
• Rule 11252 - Invalid Length for NANP Phone Number
• Rule 11253 - Invalid 2nd Character for International Phone Number
• Rule 11254 - Invalid Character in Phone Number
• Rule 11255 - Invalid Character in Extension
• Rule 82000 - A Digital Transcript Consumer cannot be created as Inactive
• Rule 82001 - Cannot update the status to Inactive
• Rule 82002 - Cannot update the status to Declined
• Rule 82003 - Cannot update the status to Pending
• Rule 82004 - Cannot delete Digital Official Document Consumer
• Rule 82005 - Duplicate Official Document Link Email Address
• Rule 82006 - Duplicate Organization Name

This service creates/updates/deletes digital official document consumer records.

The usage of this service is audited using Service Auditing including the auditing of Caller Information.

A successful response to this service will include a list of one or more Document order containing:

• Digital Official Document Consumer Identifier*
• PASI Core Version*
