This rule is used to validate:

• Digital Official Document Consumer Is Deleted

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Document Order Item

If the Digital Official Document Consumer has ever been the recipient of a document order then the Digital Official Document Consumer cannot be deleted.

This rule will not fail if any of the following rules fail:

• Rule 82000 - A Digital Transcript Consumer cannot be created as Inactive
• Rule 82001 - Cannot update the status to Inactive
• Rule 82002 - Cannot update the status to Declined
• Rule 82003 - Cannot update the status to Pending

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
