The View Digital Official Document Consumer screen (based on the PASIprep View Item Template) will allow a PASIprep user to view a specific Digital Official Document Consumer record.

PASIprep users must meet the Digital Official Document Consumer data access rules to access the record and have the PASIprep Level 53 Permission - View Digital Official Document Consumers in order to access this page.

This action is available when the user has the PASIprep Level 54 Permission - Manage Digital Official Document Consumers and meets the Digital Official Document Consumer data access rules to update the record.

When selected, this action will launch the Edit Digital Official Document Consumer screen.

This action is available when the user has the PASIprep Level 54 Permission - Manage Digital Official Document Consumers and the user meets the Digital Official Document Consumer data access rules to delete the record.

When selected, Rule 82004 - Cannot delete Digital Official Document Consumer is validated against the record selected for deletion.

If validation is successful, the Delete Digital Official Document Consumer dialog is opened.

This action is available when the user has the PASIprep Level 54 Permission - Manage Digital Official Document Consumers and the user meets the Digital Official Document Consumer data access rules to undelete the record.

When clicked, the Undelete Digital Official Document Consumer dialog is opened.

The Details tab of the View Digital Official Document Consumer screen will allow a PASIprep user to view a specific Digital Official Document Consumer record.

The Audit History tab of the View Digital Official Document Consumer screen will allow a PASIprep user to view changes to a specific Digital Official Document Consumer record.

The data grid contains a row for the current version of the Digital Official Document Consumer record and a row for each Digital Official Document Consumer Audit Event record.

This data grid includes a column for the following data elements:

• Last Updated On
• Digital Official Document Consumer Name UI
• Digital Official Document Consumer Status
• Official Document Link Email Address
• Official Document Link Email Frequency
