The List Digital Official Document Consumers screen (based on the PASIprep List Items Template) will allow a PASIprep user to view a list of Digital Official Document Consumer records.

The following PASIprep Permissions are required to access this screen:

• PASIprep Level 53 Permission - View Digital Official Document Consumers

The data grid contains the Digital Official Document Consumer records the user is allowed to access based on the Digital Official Document Consumer data access rules.

The following columns are available in this data grid:

• Checkbox Column
• View Column - linked to the View Digital Official Document Consumer screen
• Edit Column - linked to the Edit Digital Official Document Consumer screen
  • This column is only visible when the user has the PASIprep Level 54 Permission - Manage Digital Official Document Consumers
  • The edit icon is only visible when the user meets the Digital Official Document Consumer data access rules to update the record.

This view contains the following columns:

• Checkbox Column

The records in this view are sorted by Digital Official Document Consumer Name in ascending order.

This view filters the records to only include records meeting the following criteria:

• Digital Official Document Consumer Status = Pending or Active
• Is Deleted = False

This view contains the following columns:

• Checkbox Column
• View Column
• Edit Column
• Digital Official Document Consumer Name UI
• Digital Official Document Consumer Status
• Official Document Link Email Address
• Official Document Link Email Frequency
• Last Updated

The records in this view are sorted by Digital Official Document Consumer Name in ascending order.

This view does not filter out any records.

The following actions are available from the data grid.

This action is only available if the user has the PASIprep Level 54 Permission - Manage Digital Official Document Consumers and the user meetings the Digital Official Document Consumer data access rules to add a digital official document consumer record.

When used this action launches the Add Digital Official Document Consumer screen.

This action is only available if the user has the PASIprep Level 54 Permission - Manage Digital Official Document Consumers.

When selected, standard checks are used to ensure:

• there is a record selected in the grid and
• the user meets the Digital Official Document Consumer data access rules to delete the record
• the conditions of Rule 82004 - Cannot delete Digital Official Document Consumer pass validation

Once confirmed the Delete Digital Official Document Consumer dialog is opened.

This action is only available if the user has the PASIprep Level 54 Permission - Manage Digital Official Document Consumers.

When selected, standard checks are used to ensure:

• there is a record selected in the grid
• the user meets the Digital Official Document Consumer data access rules to undelete the record

Once confirmed Undelete Digital Official Document Consumer dialog is opened.
