To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When saving an active Digital Official Document Consumer record the Official Document Link Email Address must be unique.
Deleted records should not be considered as duplicates.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Duplicate official document link email address. Digital official document consumers cannot share the same official document link email address.
