Description
Mark Value must be a numeric whole number value between 0 and 100 when the Mark Format is 'Percentage'.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Percentage Mark Value. The Mark Value ({MarkValue}) must be a whole number between 0 and 100 when the Mark Format is Percentage.
