When the Course Enrolment Status of the Course Enrolment is Completed, the prerequisites are considered to be satisfied when the student satisfies the required number of prerequisite courses based on:

• Valid Official Marks
• Valid Completed Course Enrolments

When the Course Enrolment Status of the Course Enrolment is Registered or Active, the prerequisites are considered to be satisfied when the student satisfies the required number of prerequisite courses based on:

• Valid Official Marks
• Valid Completed Course Enrolments
• Valid Active Course Enrolments

A valid Official Mark is one that has:

• an Achievement Date prior to (or the same as) the derived Course Enrolment End Date, and
• a Passing Mark

A valid Completed Course Enrolment is one that:

• Has a Course Enrolment Status of Completed in the prerequisite,
• Has a Course Enrolment End Date of the prerequisite prior to (or the same as) the Course Enrolment End Date of the higher level course.
• Is for a course that is not considered a Diploma Exam Course and has an Mark Value that is considered a Passing Mark
• Is for a course that is considered a Diploma Exam Course and has a Diploma Exam Mark record that meets the following criteria:
  • The Diploma Exam Mark Status is Registered, and
  • The Exam Written On Date is prior to (or the same as) the Course Enrolment End Date of the higher level course.

A valid Active Course Enrolment is one that has:

• A Course Enrolment Status of Registered or Active in the prerequisite,
• A Course Enrolment End Date of the prerequisite prior to (or the same as) the Course Enrolment End Date of the higher level course.
