Audit History - View of Set Preferred Events

The following behavior is applicable to the PASIprep Audit History Grids used in View Student Identity Document, View Student Name, View Student Phone Number and View Student Address.

When a “Set Preferred” Student Audit Event1) is found for a student, the event is shown in:

  • The Audit History grid of the record that is being set to Preferred, with the Preferred column value shown as “Yes”.
  • The Audit History grid of the record that was Preferred but is no longer Preferred (if such record exists), with the Preferred column value shown as “No”

The aforementioned 2 rows will have identical audit data displayed (Updated On Date/Time, Updated By, Updated by Organization) as it comes from the same Audit Event.
