This screen allows users to view full details regarding an identity record.
The screen presents the data using the PASIprep View Item Template.
User can access this page if they meet the Student Name Data Access Rules to access the student name record.

ASN | This is the ASN associated to the Student Identity record. Links to View Student for the ASN. |
Preferred? | This displays “Yes” if the Current Identity Name displayed is the Preferred Name for the Student; otherwise “No” is displayed |

This section contains a PASIprep Audit History Grid which lists all changes made to the identity record. This is derived from all the Student Audit Event records that has an Audit Subject of:
The grid will show the data element values for the record at the time the of the audit event.
All columns are visible by default. Columns related to Update information are also included as described in PASIprep Audit History Grid.

Document Type | Student Identity Source Document Type Code Value on the record. This is “N/A” if the record is not an identity record. |
Student Document | Displays the Student Document Reference ID for the Student Document linked to support identity for the student. If the student document that supported identity has been disposed it should display “Supporting Document No Longer Available” |
Document Number | Student Identity Source Document Number on the record. This is “N/A” if the record is not an identity record. |
Gender | Either gender from the audit event or Gender from the Student The column will only be present if one of the SubmitStudentIdentificationInformation audit events contains a value for gender. |
Issued Date | Student Identity Source Document Issued Date on the record. This is “N/A” if the record is not an identity record. |
Birthdate | Birth Date on the record. This is “N/A” if the record is not an identity record. |
Reference # | Reference ID (Student Name) on the name record. |
Updated by Organization | Displays the Organization of the user who updated the record. |
