Displaying Diploma Exam Registration Data Fields

The following diploma exam registration (Diploma Exam Mark/Diploma Exam Mark Component) fields are displayed for viewing/reviewing purposes for the following Register for a Diploma Exam review/confirmation pages:

“Y” indicates the field is visible while “N” indicates the field is hidden:

Exam	Y	The {Exam Session – Course Code} values on the Exam associated with the Exam Mark are displayed as the title of the row. Exam Session should be displayed in the format “{Exam Period Short Description} YYYY”, where the School Year displayed should be the actual calendar year for the exam period. Current course name should be displayed for the course code.
Language of Exam	Y	The short description of the Language of Exam value on the Exam associated with the Exam Mark
Fee	Y	If there exists an Diploma Exam Registration Fee record that is not deleted from the same Request that has the same Course Code/Exam Session as the Exam Mark: If the Diploma Exam Registration Fee record does not have an associated Diploma Exam Waived Fee, then show the Total Due value on the Diploma Exam Registration Fee. Below the Total Due value is a subtext describing the type of fee. The Short Description of the Fee Type on the Exam Registration Fee record should be used to describe the fee. Otherwise, show “$0.00” followed by “(Waived)” in subtext font. If an Exam Registration Fee record is not found, display “$0.00” followed by “(No Fee Required)” in subtext font. Note: A summary row is appended to the end of the grid which shows the sum of all values in the Fee column, along with the subtext “(Includes X% GST)” below it. The GST (X%) should be the configured GST rate.
Paid (Not visible on the Review page)	Y	If there exist a Diploma Exam Registration Fee record that is not deleted from the same Request that has the same Course Code/Exam Session as the Exam Mark, and the Total Due > $0, show the Amount Collected value on the Diploma Exam Registration Fee If the Amount Collected = $0, append the subtext “(Fee Coupon)” if the Diploma Exam Registration Fee is associated to a Diploma Exam Waived Fee, otherwise append subtext“(Waived)” If the Total Due on the Fee record is $0.00, or there's no fee record found, show N/A instead. Note: A summary row is appended to the end of the grid which shows the sum of all values in the column
For each Diploma Exam Mark Component for the Diploma Exam Mark (sorted A-Z by component name), the following fields are shown:
{Component Name} (or “Writing Centre”) / Diploma Exam Sitting	Y	The name of the Exam Component is shown as the field label. The value for the field shows the Diploma Exam Sitting information: Name of the school/writing centre City of the school/writing centre (in sub-text font) Location of the Exam Sitting, formatted as “Location: {Location}” (in sub-text font) Time for the sitting, formatted as “Scheduled for: {Scheduled Date/Time} (Mountain Time)” if it is ⇒ current date/time, or formatted as “Written On: {Scheduled Date/Time} (Mountain Time)” if it is < current date/time (i.e. in the past). Supplied Contact Name, if one exists for the Component Registration, in the format “Name of Contact from School: {name}”; otherwise this is hidden When the exam has one component the label will read: ‘Writing Centre”.
