The Diploma Exam Courses and Marks section shows the school mark, exam mark, exam component mark and official mark for each course. Only courses that satisfy the following conditions will be shown in the section:

  • It is a diploma course
  • The student has an associated Diploma Exam Mark for the statement’s School Year and Exam Period that has an Exam Mark value and / or Statuses that are displayable
    • Exam Mark with Registered status will not be displayed on the results statement

Each Diploma Course included will have School Mark and Exam Mark information as line items. The Exam Mark line item represents the Exam mark that matches the ‘Exam’ defined in the Exam Session. Exam mark with ‘Registered’ status will be suppressed in this statement. If there are multiple Exam Marks for the same course, exam period, and school year, only the exam mark record with the highest mark value will be displayed.
