The Get Official Mark Audit Events Service is used to retrieve a history of changes made to Official Marks within PASI Core. Users will only be able to view Official Mark audit history for students they are associated to.

The service can be accessed by systems with the View Transcript User role.

The information provided as part of the Get Official Marks Audit Events request includes the following:

• A single Student ID for the student being requested
• A single course code related to the respective Official Mark history

The following rules are used to validate the information provided in the request:

• Rule 9002 - Invalid ASN
• Rule 9009 - Deactivated ASN
• Rule 9010 - Organization Not Associated to Student
• Rule 9015 - Invalid Course Code
• Rule 9050 - Official Mark Not Found
• Rule 9053 - Student has an active hold

Official Mark information for each version of the record (including the current version of the record) identified in the request will be retrieved from PASI Core and returned in the response.

The response will contain one or more versions of the Official Mark record including associated Audit details recorded in PASI Core. The following information will be included in the response for each Official Mark version returned:

• Alberta Student Number
• Course Code
• Mark Format
• Mark Value
• Credits Awarded
• Calculated On
• Mark Calculation Method
• School Year
• Last Updated On (Official Mark Calculation)
• Selected Marks
  • Mark Selection Reason
  • Mark Type
  • Last Updated On (Selected Mark)
  • Is Deleted
