These business processes outline the processes that will be used to manage Responsible School and School Transition information within PASIprep. A similar process will be used by SIS users who are using an integrated SIS.

This primary scenario begins any time a school/authority is enrolling or withdrawing a student.

1. The Student Registers or Withdraws from a school/authority.
2. The School/Authority user receives a school registration or school enrolment update.
3. The School/Authority user identifies the student.
4. The School/Authority user reviews the student's information.
5. The School/Authority user reviews the responsible school/school transition information.

This scenario ends with the School/Authority user successfully viewing the responsible school/school transition information in PASI.

This scenario continues after step 5 of the Primary Scenario where the user creates or edits the responsible school/school transition information for a student.

1. The School/Authority user adds or updates the responsible school/school transition in the student's record.
   1. In PASIprep, this can be done using:
      1. View Student - School Enrolment Tab
         • Add School Transition, Add School Enrolment or Edit School Transition
           • Submit Responsible School
   2. In a SIS environment, this can be done using the following service:
      1. Submit Responsible School

Note: In the Add School Enrolment screen the School Enrolment and Responsible School information can be submitted at the same time.

This scenario ends when the responsible school/school transition information is created or updated for the student.

This scenario continues after step 5 of the Primary Scenario where the user deletes responsible school/school transition information that was entered in error.

1. The School/Authority user deletes the responsible school/school transition information in the student's record.
   1. In PASIprep, this can be done using:
      1. View Student - School Enrolment Tab
         1. Submit Responsible School
      2. View School Transition
         1. Submit Responsible School
   2. In a SIS environment, this can be done using the following service:
      1. Submit Responsible School

This scenario ends when the responsible school/school transition is deleted on the student record.

This scenario continues after step 5 of the Primary Scenario where the user undeletes responsible school/school transition that was deleted in error.

1. The School/Authority user undeletes the responsible school/school transition in the student's record.
   1. In PASIprep, this can be done using:
      1. View Student - School Enrolment Tab
         1. Submit Responsible School
      2. View School Transition
         1. Submit Responsible School
   2. In a SIS environment, this can be done using the following service:
      1. Submit Responsible School

This scenario ends when the responsible school/school transition is undeleted on the student record.
