After a Diploma Exam Registration is submitted, the student is permitted to change details of the registration before the Exam's time and the Exam's time. The student may need the registration updated if they wish to write at a different school, or they no longer wish to write the exam.
A student (or a connected 3rd party user to myPass) can update their registrations online anytime before the Exam's time and the Exam's time. They may also contact the writing centre to update the registration.
This scenario begins when a student logs into myPass to edit a diploma exam registration.

Editing the course or the exam session on a registration is not permitted after the registration is created, as it may result in a change in fees, and fees are not transferable to a different course/exam session. Thus, the student must instead delete the registration and create a new one for the new course/exam session they wish to register for.
