Official Mark Audit Event
Used to identify changes to an Official Mark.
Data Access Rules
The following rules are applied to control access to view/add/edit Official Mark and Official Mark Audit Event records.
Access to a Record
In order to access a record, the:
- Student must not have an active Student Hold with a Student Hold Type of OfficialMarkHold (Student Hold Type), and
- PASI Client must have the View Transcript User role, and
- Organization must have Access to the Student (Moved).
In addition, when being accessed via PASIprep, the:
- PASIprep user must have the PASIprep Level 01 Permission - PASIprep Access permission, and
- PASIprep user must have the PASIprep Level 06 Permission - View Courses and Marks and view access to Manage Credentials permission.
When accessible, the following rules are applied to specific data elements on the record:

| Mark Format | Only available if the Organization is associated to the student By Recent School Enrolment or better2). |
| Mark Value | Only available if the Organization is associated to the student By Recent School Enrolment or better3). |
| School Year | Only available if the Organization is associated to the student By Recent School Enrolment or better4). |
| Selected Marks | Only available if the Organization is associated to the student By Recent School Enrolment or better5). |
| All other data elements | Available if the record is accessible. |
Adding a new Record
As Official Mark records are managed by the PASI system, PASI Clients cannot add Official Mark records.
Updating a Record
As Official Mark records are managed by the PASI system, PASI Clients cannot update Official Mark records.
