To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
The effective date of a student's address must be reasonable. Address Effective date must not be before the student's date of birth.
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Unreasonable Address Effective date. Address Effective date, ({EffectiveDate}), must not be before the student's date of birth.
