This rule is used to validate the following data in a Information Disclosure Restriction record:

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Information Disclosure Restriction Is Active

When adding or creating new Disclosure Restriction records, they cannot be created as IsActive = False.

• This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Inactive Disclosure Restriction Record. Newly created Disclosure Restriction Records cannot be added as Inactive.

• Submit Student
• Submit Student Disclosure Restriction
