To perform this validation, the following information is used:

Description

Once a student has a Student Citizenship Status of 1 (Citizenship Status), the student should not be assigned any other Student Citizenship Status.

This rule does not apply if the Student Citizenship Status is anything other than 1 (Citizenship Status) and has been in effective for 6 months or longer.

If this rule fails, then set the Next Scan Date to be 6 months following the Student Citizenship Effective Date.

This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Inconsistent Citizenship Status. The student ({StateProvinceID}) had a Citizenship Status of 1, and now has a Citizenship Status of {CitizenshipStatus}. (Citizenship Reference #{RefId})
