To perform this validation, the following information is used:

When setting an ASN to be Deactivated, the ASN cannot have a Pending, Active or Suspended Student Connection.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Invalid Request. Cannot deactivate the Alberta Student Number when the student has an active myPass connection.
