To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
The student cannot share an email address (Active student email address) with their parents/guardians (not-expired, not-deleted parent/guardian email addresses); each individual must have a unique email address value.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Duplicate email address. The student and their parent/guardian(s) must each have a unique email address. (Parent/Guardian Reference # {Ref ID})
