This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student Credential record:

• Is Deactivated

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• ASN

Credential management cannot be performed on deactivated ASNs. This includes awarding, re-issuing, and revoking.

• This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

This rule must be assessed for O.1 users.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Invalid Alberta Student Number. The Alberta Student Number ({StateProvinceId}) has been deactivated within PASI.

• Submit Credential Awarding Single
• Submit Credential Requirement Achievement
• Submit Credential Requirement Exemption
