To perform this validation, the following information is used:
- Count of Authorized User for a Student
Description
A Student is only allowed to have up to a total number (e.g. 100 Max) of authorized users (deleted, Expired, or non-deleted) records in PASI.
Additional Notes
The Max number of record permitted is based on a configuration element (Core.MaximumAuthorizedUserAllowed) in PASI.
Note: This rule will stop malicious activity as it prevents a Student creating Authorized user records in large volumes.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Maximum number of Authorized user records exceeded. Authorized user record cannot be created for the ASN ({ASN}) as it exceeds the maximum number of records allowed.
Where
- {ASN} is the student's ASN.
