This rule is used to validate:

• Student Document

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Document Type
  • Is School Year Bound
• Student Document
  • Student Document School Year

A user is not permitted to upload a document without a school year if the document type definition requires a school year.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

• {Documentname} is the document name the user has selected to add/update

• Release 6.05 - Updated Document Type to Document Name
