Description
PASI will not allow a user to submit a document with a School Year if the Document Name is not School Year bound.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Document Cannot Contain School Year. This document ({documentname}) cannot be submitted with a School Year.
Where:
- {Documentname} is the document name the user has selected to add/update
