Description
PASI will enforce that if at least one Student Document from the Guardian Citizenship (Document Category) exists for the student, then the Guardian Citizenship Document of the current/active Student Citizenship record must be linked to that Student Document from Guardian Citizenship (Document Category).

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Guardian Citizenship Status Not Linked to a Guardian Citizenship Document. Please link the guardian citizenship status of the student citizenship record to a guardian citizenship document.
