This rule is used to validate the Student Document record:

• Document Type
• Document Type Categories

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Document Type
• Document Type Categories
• Student Document
• Student Document Type
• Student Identity Document

Document Category of Identity cannot be removed from a Document Type that is linked to Student Document supporting the Student Identity, i.e.

Do not allow removal of Identity (Document Category) from Document Type Categories of a Document Type record if:

• there exits a Student Document whose Student Document Type matches the Document Type AND
• The Student Identity Document is linked to the Student record.

When validation rules, the following message is returned to the user:

This rule applies to:

• Release 7.12 (F9462) - Created
