To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
The rule will fail if the order item has a status of “FailedDelivery (Order Item Status)” or “DeliveredInError (Order Item Status)”.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Cannot Delete Order Item. You cannot delete an order item that has a status of “{OrderItemStatus}”.
Where:
- {OrderItemStatus} means is the Document Order Item Status of the Document Order Item.
