To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
If Is Deleted on a record is TRUE, then no update should be made to the record with the exception of updating Is Deleted to FALSE.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid update to logically deleted record. The only update permitted to a logically deleted record is to undelete it. No other record fields can be updated when a record is logically deleted.
