The Transcript Processor is responsible for determining a student's official achievements based on the information that has been collected and stored in PASI. These achievements include:

• Official Mark(s)
• Credential Eligibility ¹⁾.
• CTS Credentialed Pathway Completion Records.

The Transcript Processor is started by creating a Transcript Trigger for a student. The processor finds outstanding triggers based on the PASI Core Version of the trigger record. If the PASI Core Version of the trigger record is greater than the Source Version of the student's Transcript record, the transcript processor will be started for that student.

Once started, the Transcript Processor:

• Uses the Official Mark Calculator to recalculate the students Official Mark(s)
• Uses the Credential Eligibility Calculator to assess the student's eligibility for credentials.
• Uses the CTS Credentialed Pathway Completion Calculator to assess the student's Pathway completions.

Once complete, the student's Transcript record is updated:

• the Source Version data element is updated to match the PASI Core Version of the Transcript Trigger record
• the Last Calculated On data element is updated
• Official Mark records will be updated as needed ²⁾
• Student Credential Requirement Set records will be updated as needed ³⁾
• CTS Credentialed Pathway Completion records will be updated as needed ⁴⁾.
