The Undelete action on the View Student Document Details screen.
This dialog allows a user to confirm that they truly want to undelete the Student Document. The result of undeleting a document means that the Student Document record can be edited once again, and its related information including Student Document Quality Assurance and Student Document Problem will be made visible again to PASIprep users.
Where the No button is selected, the dialog closes without any changes being saved and returns the user to the screen they accessed the dialog from. Where the user can access the dialog, they can access the No button.
This is the default action for the dialog.
When selected, this action will create a Student Document Quality Assurance record with a Student Document Quality Assurance Status of Pending (Document QA Status) for the Student Document in context.
The user should only be able to flag a Student Document as requiring QA review where no existing record with a Student Document Quality Assurance Status of Pending (Document QA Status) exists.
If the latest Student Document Problem record has a Resolution Taken = ‘Document Deleted’ or ‘Replaced Original Document’ then a new Student Document Problem detail record is created for the existing problem report as follows:
