This object is used to identify the Student Document that need a quality assurance review and/or the result of the quality assurance review.

Flag a Document for QA

In order to add a Student Document Quality Assurance record for a Student Document2)3):

Complete Quality Assurance

In order to update an existing Student Document Quality Assurance record5)6):

  • The PASI Client must be able to Access the Student Document Quality Assurance record, and
  • The organization must be:
    • the school that created the document or the schools governing authority, If the student document was created by a school.
    • the authority that created the document, if the student document was created by an authority.
    • the Ministry if the document was created by the Ministry.
  • The student document must not be deleted.

i.e., creating a new record or updating an existing record to have a status of ‘Pending’

the organization is the school, the governing authority of the school, the governing authority itself, or is the ministry

i.e. creating a new record or updating an existing record with a status of ‘Passed’ or ‘Failed’
