Email History
History of PASI Email that are sent to the student. If the student has their email address recorded in PASI but no myPass connection, then the DER Signup Access code Letter processing agent sends the email to the student advising them to connect to myPass to access their grades.

The following rules are applied to control access to view/add/edit the records created based on this business object.
Access to a Record
In order to access a record, the:
- Organization must have Access to the Student, and
- Organization must be associated to the student By Last School Enrolment or better1).
When accessible, the following rules are applied to specific data elements on the record:

| All other data elements | Available if the record is accessible. |
Adding a new Record
In order to add a new record, the:
- Organization must have Access to the Student, and
- Organization must be associated to the student By Last School Enrolment or better3).
Updating a Record
In order to update an existing record, the:
- Organization must have Access to the Student, and
- Organization must be associated to the student By Last School Enrolment or better4), and
- Organization must own the record.
