The service is used to retrieve Diploma Exam Registration request using State Province ID (Alberta Student Number) or Education Account Identifier. This request is only use internally for myPass.

This Get Diploma Exam Registration Requests service can be accessed by systems with the “PASI System User” role.  

A request to use this service will include:

• Alberta Student Number

OR

• Created By Education Account

The request can either has value for Alberta Student Number or Created By Education Account (caller cannot specify both or specify none).

• Rule 9002 - Invalid ASN
• Rule 9009 - Deactivated ASN
• Rule 62010 - Single Identifier Must Be Specified

Once the request information has been validated, the service will return diploma exam registration request information, associated exam, exam sitting and accommodation. And if any exists, the registration request’s fee, billing and payment information. This service does not return any logically deleted information.
