The Included Document Dialog shows a quick view of the documents included from a Student Record Access Request Audit Event.

A document will be listed:

• If Include DAR is True, include “Detailed Academic Report”
• For each Include PAT School Year, include “PAT Individual Student Profile for {School Year}”
• For each Include Student Document, include “”{Document Name} - {Reference ID}“ of the referenced document where:
  • {Document Name} is the same as would be displayed in the same fashion as the Document Name column from the 'Documents to Include Data Grid' on the Process Alberta Student Link Request screen.
  • {Reference ID} is the Student Document Reference ID of the included document.
    • If the document is available, the Student Document Reference ID should be presented as a link that opens the View Student Document Details screen in a new tab. Otherwise the Student Document Reference ID should be presented as text.
    • A document is available when:
      • The Student Document Reference ID is a valid Student Document Reference ID of a Student Document that exists in the PASI system.
      • The referenced document is not deleted
      • The user satisfies the data access rules to access the document.

Clicking the CLOSE button closes the dialog.
