The List PASI Usage Agreements screen will allow an authorized user to view or manage (depending on permissions):

• The current status of the PASI Usage Agreement for all School Authorities.
• The current status of an authority's participation in the Alberta Health Immunization program.
• The current status of an authority's participation in sharing information with Elections Alberta.

The following PASIprep Permission Levels are used to control access this functionality:

The grid contains a record for each PASI Usage Agreement record in PASI.

• Records with PASI Usage Agreement Is Signed = False are displayed with reduced emphasis.

The following information is available on the screen:

• Checkbox Column - Only single rows can be selected at one time.
• Organization Description - labelled Authority
• Organization Code - labelled Authority Code
• Current Classification
• PASI Usage Agreement Is Signed
• Alberta Health Integration Agreement
• Elections Alberta Integration Agreement
• Current Organization Status
• Last Updated On
• Audit User Name
• Audit User Organization

The following columns are displayed in the following order:

• Checkbox Column

The view is sorted by Organization Description in ascending order

The following actions are available from within the data grid.

This action is only available to PASIprep users with PASIprep Level 40 Permission - Manage PASI Usage Agreement. When selected, will update the PASI Usage Agreement Is Signed data element of the selected PASI Usage Agreement record to True.

This action is only available to PASIprep users with PASIprep Level 40 Permission - Manage PASI Usage Agreement. When selected, will update the PASI Usage Agreement Is Signed data element of the selected PASI Usage Agreement record to False.

This action is only available to PASIprep users with PASIprep Level 40 Permission - Manage PASI Usage Agreement. When selected, will update the Alberta Health Integration Agreement data element of the selected PASI Usage Agreement record to True.

This action is only available to PASIprep users with PASIprep Level 40 Permission - Manage PASI Usage Agreement. When selected, will update the Alberta Health Integration Agreement data element of the selected PASI Usage Agreement record to False.

This action is only available to PASIprep users with PASIprep Level 40 Permission - Manage PASI Usage Agreement. When selected, will update the Elections Alberta Integration Agreement data element of the selected PASI Usage Agreement record to True.

When changing the Elections Alberta Integration Agreement data element, Elections Alberta Trigger records will be created/updated for students who have an Student School Enrolment that meets the following criteria:

• Is at a School whose Governing Authority is the updated School Authority
• The enrolment is not deleted
• The Registration Start Date is after the student’s 15th birthday

This action is only available to PASIprep users with PASIprep Level 40 Permission - Manage PASI Usage Agreement. When selected, will update the Elections Alberta Integration Agreement data element of the selected PASI Usage Agreement record to False.

When changing the Elections Alberta Integration Agreement data element, Elections Alberta Trigger records will be created/updated for students who have an Student School Enrolment that meets the following criteria:

• Is at a School whose Governing Authority is the updated School Authority
• The enrolment is not deleted
• The Registration Start Date is after the student’s 15th birthday
