Merging Leftover Second Pass Official Marks
The Official Mark Calculator reviews each existing second pass Official Mark to determine if the existing official mark should be included in the final set of the student’s official marks. If the existing official mark is for a Course that has already been included in the student’s final set of official marks, the existing official mark is excluded.
The existing official mark will only be included in the final set of official marks, if:
- The student has not already been awarded credit in a course that has been identified as a WPC Equivalent course (See Identifying WPC Equivalencies for more information).
- The existing official mark:
- Doesn’t have selected marks, or
- Has selected marks, and
- None of the selected marks are for a course that is deemed to be one of the Identifying Related Courses, and
- The course is not one of the Identifying Related Courses
