To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
The Identification Document Issue date (if provided) of a student's identification must be reasonable. It must not be before the student date of birth.
The rule is effective for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Unreasonable Identification Document Issue date. Identification Document Issue date, ({IssueDate}), must not be before the person's date of birth.
