To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
If Student Citizenship Status) is equal to 5 (Citizenship Status) - Temporary Resident, then Student Citizenship Document Expiry Date is mandatory for the Student Citizenship record.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Missing Document Expiry Date for Temporary Residents. The document expiry date must be provided when the student has a Citizenship Status equal to ({CitizenshipStatus}).
