Description
This rule checks to see if the student has already requested a Self Service Signup Letter within the past 7 days.
NOTE: This rule does not apply if the user requested an access code via email.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
An Access Signup Code was sent to you on {orderplaceddatetime}. If you do not receive your Access Signup Code by mail within 7 days you may request another one.
Where: • {orderplaceddatetime} is the Order Placed Date/Time of the document order for the most recent ‘SelfserviceSignupMyPass’ document type for the student requesting the Self Service Signup Letter.
