Description
PASI will raise a warning if a user submits a Document with a Document Date that is prior to the Student's Birth Date.
Note: This rule doesn't apply if:

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Document Date Prior to Student's Birth Date. The Student Document cannot have a document date prior to the student's birth date. (Student Document Reference #{RefId})
Where:
- (Student Document Reference #{RefId}) is the Student Document Record ID.
