This rule is used to validate the update section of the student document data access rules page for each of the documents that have been included in the list of additional documents that are to be marked as not relevant for document types that are Organization bound (linked to an Org):

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Access Denied. You cannot mark other documents as not relevant because your organization is not responsible for the student's record.
