This rule is used to validate:

• The provided Student Document Reference ID provided in the list of “Not Relevant Student Documents”

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Student Document
  • Student Document Type
• Document Type
  • Document Type Code
  • Is Organization Bound
• School Enrolment

This rule is used to validate the update section of the student document data access rules page for each of the documents that have been included in the list of additional documents that are to be marked as not relevant for document types that are Organization bound (linked to an Org):

• The Organization is associated to the student By Ministry or
• The Organization is the Student Record Custodian

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
