This rule is used to validate:
To perform this validation the following information is used:
Description
The User Organization Code must be for an organization that is:
- Associated to the Student By Recent School Enrolment or better
- A Writing Centre, or organization associated to the Writing Center, that owns1) one or more of the exam component records for the exam mark.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Access Denied. You are not authorized to retrieve the {RecordType} (Reference # {RefID}) for Student {StateProvinceId}.
Where:
- {RecordType} is the type of record being requested, either: Diploma Exam Mark or GED Exam Mark
- {RefID} is the Reference ID of the record being requested.
- {StateProvinceId} is the Alberta Student Number for the student associated to the requested Exam Mark record.
