To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Alberta Student Number

This rule will always fail if the ASN does not exist in PASI.

The rule will also fail if the calling client:

For Creation:

• Caller's organization does not have Access to the Student (Moved)

For Updates:

• Caller's organization does not have Record Ownership of the Course Enrolment.

Note: The rule has to permit a client modifying a record that their organization owns as well as permits the client to create a record when they have had a historical school enrolment.

• This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Where:

• {StateProvinceId} is the Alberta Student Number of the record being submitted.

• Submit Course Enrolment
• Submit Evaluated Mark

• Release 4.04 – Added/Updated
• Release 4.08 - Updated for Authority
• Release 6.00 - Added Access to the Student (Moved) validation
