Advice 65132 is used to validate the updating of the Student Document Type data element of the Registration_Form that is linked to Student Citizenship Document of the Student Citizenship record.

This rule is used to validate the Student Document record:

• Student Document
• Student Document Reference ID

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Student Document
• Student Document Reference ID
• Student Document Type
• Student Citizenship Document of the Student Citizenship

PASI will prevent an update to the data element - Student Document Type of the Student Document record if:

• the updated value of the Student Citizenship Document is Registration Form

And

• this Student Document record is linked to a Student Citizenship Document of the Student Citizenship record.

When validation rules, the following message is returned to the user:

This rule applies to:

• Add Student Citizenship
• Edit Student Citizenship
• Submit Student Record Document (2019 End Point and Prior)
