This Official Mark template is used by the Official Mark Calculator when the student has Evaluations for a Diploma Course.
Selecting Marks
These Official Marks may have up to 2 selected mark records.
Selecting the Best Evaluated Mark
The Evaluated Mark record for the Evaluations with the highest Evaluated Mark Value with a Mark Selection Reason of Diploma Course Evaluation.
Selecting the Most Recent Evaluated Mark
The most recent Evaluated Mark (based on the Course Mark Completion Date) is also selected with a Mark Selection Reason of Diploma Course Evaluation.

Official Mark records created based on this template will have the following information:

| Credits Awarded | When the Mark Value is a passing mark, the Credits Awarded will equal the Credits Attempted from Selected Mark 1. Otherwise, 0 credits are awarded. |
Achievement Information
| Achievement Date | When the resulting Mark Value is a passing mark, the Course Mark Completion Date from the earliest Evaluation with a passing mark. Otherwise the Achievement Date is not set. |
| Achievement School Year | When the resulting Mark Value is a passing mark, the School Year from the Evaluation used for the Achievement Date is used. Otherwise, the Achievement School Year is not set. |
