This Official Mark template is used by the Official Mark Calculator when the student has a Diploma Exam Mark with an Diploma Exam Mark Status of Full Exemption (FE) included in the Course Mark being considered as Diploma Course Marks.
Note: If the student was considered a Mature Student when they received the Full Exemption, the Calculating Official Marks for Diploma Courses for Mature Students Official Mark Template is used.
An Official Mark based on a Full Exemption can have up to 3 selected mark records.
When the student only has one Diploma Exam Mark with a Diploma Exam Mark Status of Full Exemption (FE), then that Diploma Exam Mark record is selected with a Mark Selection Reason of Full Exemption Mark.
When the student has more than one Diploma Exam Mark with a Diploma Exam Mark Status of Full Exemption (FE), the Diploma Exam Mark record with the highest Diploma Exam Mark Value is selected with a selection reason of Full Exemption Highest Mark.
If the student's Diploma Exam Mark record with the highest Diploma Exam Mark Value does not have Diploma Exam Mark Status of Full Exemption (FE), then it is selected with a selection reason of Transcript Exam Mark.
The student's Course Mark record with the highest School Awarded mark value (if any) is selected with a selection reason of Transcript School Mark.
