Get Student Record Document Image
This service is used to is used to retrieve the image for a specific student document record.
Note: this service relies on the Ae.Security.DataProtect function to decrypt the image for viewing in PASI.
Security
This service can be accessed by systems with the View Student Document User role.
Access is validated in alignment with the Access to the Document Image section of the Student Document Data Access Rules.

Service Functionality
The Student Record Document Image for the current version of the record identified in the request will be retrieved from the PASI database and returned in response.
Response Information
The response will contain the decrypted Student Document Image
In addition the: Student Document Image Page Count will be returned too.
