This rule is used to validate the following data:
To perform this validation, the following information is used when validating the submission of Course Enrolment records:
Description
Only PASI Clients with the PASI System User role can submit Historical Course Enrolments, Sections, Course Marks and Evaluated Marks for a school year more than 3 years in the past.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid School Year. New {Object} or modifications to {Object} for School Years prior to {FirstYear}/{SecondYear} must be made in PASIprep.
Where:
- {Object} is the type of record being submitted. Either Sections, Course Enrolments, Evaluated Marks
- {FirstYear} = (CodeTable:CourseMarkSchoolYear:Current year) - 4.
- {SecondYear} =(CodeTable:CourseMarkSchoolYear:Current year) - 3.
Example: Invalid School Year. New Course Enrolments or modifications to Course Enrolments for School Years prior to 2013/2014 must be made in PASIprep.
