Signup Access Code Successfully Requested

This functionality is available in both English and French. Please refer to French Translations page for the French text. - image to be updated (F10200)

When an Education Account user is able to request a signup access code via Request a Signup Access Code myPass functionality. The Construct Document Order (System Service) is called and a self-service signup letter is generated that is sent to the student's Active mailing address. The Education account user is directed to this page once the order processing is completed.

Pre-requisite

To access this page a user need to successfully log into myPass with their Education Account credentials.

The following are the steps that must occur in order for you to gain access:

  1. A letter that contains the signup access code is mailed to your most recent mailing address that Alberta Education has on file for you.
  2. The letter usually arrives in 2-3 business days but may take up to 2 weeks depending on Canada Post’s mail service.
  3. When you receive the letter with your access code return to myPass.alberta.ca to request the connection.
  4. Use the Signup access code to establish your connection.
Return to myPass Home Button Option for the Education Account user to return to myPass Homepage.
Note: If there is no active myPass connection for this Education Account user, then they will be direct back to Obtain Access to the Student Information via myPass page.
