Synchronization Status
Identifies the status of synchronization for this student record.

This status is set:
- when creating a new student via the Create Student or Submit Student service
- by the Transcript Processor as Official Marks are updated
- when manually overriding the status via the List Student Synchronization Overrides screen in PASIprep
- when importing an ASN into PASI via the Import ASN screen in PASIprep
With the implementation of PASI Release 6.11, this status will no longer be set by the Transcript Processor, but will updated by the new Student Sync Processor.
